Bio

Born and raised in London (UK), Raquél Aly is an award-winning filmmaker and published photographer based between London, Istanbul and Dubai.

Along side producing short film projects, her client portfolio includes award-winning music video work for globally acclaimed bands Zeds Dead and DirtyPhonics commissioned by UKF, UK-based Drum and Bass duo Technimatic - publicly nominated as Best music video at the Drum & Bass Arena Awards, and Bristol-based Dubstep musician Phaeleh, which won an award for 'Most creative music video by 1.4'.

Currently in Istanbul, she has worked with TRT World, as a Digital Campaign Specialist and as Promo Producer for Turkey's new international streaming platform Tabii. She has also taken up a variety of advertorial work for brands such as Brutus Trimfit, Häagen-Dazs, Turkish Airlines and Vodafone, as well as documentary productions commissioned by Al-Jazeera and MTV. Her photographic work has been selected by Vogue ItaliaOnline and published by 14&15 Mobile Photographers.
